How many workstations do you want to protect?

The price includes licences and cloud storage for six months from service activation.

Storage is for retained backups and versions, not the maximum workstation disk size. Total capacity is limited to the purchased storage: there are no automatic overage charges and new backups may stop when the limit is reached.

From purchase to your first backup

Buy six months

Choose the number of workstations and pay for six months upfront. You can enter a coupon at checkout.

Activate access

After payment confirmation, the technical contact receives an Acronis email to set up access and two-factor authentication.

Configure backups

Install the compatible agent on the device, select your data and schedule backups in the Acronis console. Check that the operating system is supported before purchasing.

You control your backups

This is a self-managed service: the customer handles installation, configuration, monitoring, backup retention and restores. HyperGrid manages the purchase and subscription.

The term is six months from service activation, even if you configure the first backup later. Renewal instructions are sent before expiry; without renewal, the service is suspended. Six months is the subscription term, not the retention period of each backup.

This package uses dedicated access and storage separate from VM, Server and NAS backup purchases.
