Choose storage to suit your data. Capacity is for retained backups and versions, not the maximum device size. Adding devices increases the licence count; storage changes only when you select a different capacity. There are no automatic overage charges: new backups may stop when the allowance is reached.

Configure and buy

Choose quantity and storage. Pay the entire six-month term upfront; the monthly equivalent helps you compare offers.

Activate your access

After payment confirmation, the technical contact receives an Acronis email to activate access and two-factor authentication.

Start your first backup

Install the compatible agent, choose your data and configure a backup plan to the Acronis cloud. For NAS, check which protection method is supported.

A self-managed service

The customer handles installation, configuration, monitoring, backup retention and restores. HyperGrid manages the purchase and subscription.

The term is six months from service activation, even if you configure the first backup later. There are no monthly charges or automatic renewals. Renewal instructions are sent before expiry; without renewal, the service is suspended. Six months is the subscription term, not the retention period of each backup.
