How many users do you want to protect?

One licence for each user whose business Gmail mailbox you protect. This package enables email backup; Google Drive and shared drives are not included.

From purchase to your first backup

Activate your access

After payment, we create a dedicated Acronis tenant. The technical contact receives an email to set up a password and two-factor authentication. Wait for this email without repeating the purchase.

Connect Google Workspace

A Google Super Administrator must prepare a dedicated Google Cloud project, a service account and the permissions described in the official Acronis guide. In Acronis, open Devices > Add > Google Workspace, enter the Super Administrator and upload the service account JSON file. Do not send passwords or keys to HyperGrid.

Choose your mailboxes

Select business Gmail users within your purchased allowance, create a plan and choose the backup frequency and retention. Check your first backup and test a restore. Configuration and monitoring are your responsibility.

Before you buy

You need a Google Workspace organisation with business Gmail and a Super Administrator authorised to configure the Google Cloud project and connect it to Acronis. Free personal Gmail accounts are not supported. If your organisation is already connected to another Acronis service, contact us before purchasing.

Acronis cloud storage is included for protected users, subject to Acronis usage terms. You do not select a capacity in GB. The service covers the number of users purchased. Additional users require additional licences. Contact HyperGrid to reduce licences or retain copies for users no longer protected: retained data may be subject to different terms and charges.

The six-month term starts when the tenant is activated, even if you connect Google Workspace later. Expiry reminders are provided; without renewal the service is suspended. The subscription term does not specify how long each backup is retained. Cancellation with tenant removal deletes its backups: arrange any exports beforehand.
